Client Receives Chicago Tribune 2011 Good Eating Award

Shefsky & Froelich client, Dan Rosenthal of Rosenthal Group Inc., recently was honored as one of the
Chicago Tribune's 2011 Good Eating Winners for his work enhancing the food scene in Chicago.
Rosenthal created the
Green Chicago Restaurant Co-op in 2007, whose mission is to increase the number of certified restaurants that focus on environmental management and sustainable foods. Alongside Shefsky & Froelich's
Green Practice Group, he is also working on a project to create the largest food-scrap composing program in the nation by 2012.
