Diversity has a clear impact on our ability to serve our clients because diversity empowers all of our employees to think more critically and imaginatively and to understand perspectives other than their own. Recruitment
Our Recruitment Committee and Diversity Committee work together to promote diversity. We have come a long way, but much work needs to be done. We actively participate in the annual Cook County Bar Association Minority Job Fair. Moreover, we have initiated direct relationships with the minority law student associations at the top area law schools. Further we recruit talented minority summer associate candidates at the top law schools.

We are passionately committed to aggressive goals and innovative collaborations that will continue to provide the resources necessary to identify, attract, and retain minority attorneys.
