Area of Focus
Sylvia Boyd-Taylor became Shefsky & Froelich’s Human Resources Manager in 2005. She focuses on human resources and recruiting for staff and summer associates. She is also responsible for the office staff’s daily operation and communicates and enforces firm policies and procedures. Her prior experience includes administration of a public relations and advertising firm and working at several other law firms.

Professional Background and Affiliations
She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and is on the boards of several nonprofit organizations. She is also a certified HIV/AIDS health educator.
