C.  Cameron Williams

Associate

Cameron Williams focuses his practice on securities offerings, securities compliance and regulatory issues, and general corporate governance. Cameron has experience assisting public and private companies on corporate and securities law issues surrounding corporate finance transactions—including private and public securities offerings (follow-on and secondary offerings), exchange/tender offers, and other commercial transactions.

Cameron served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge Allan S. Goldberg, Illinois Circuit Court, Commercial Law Division.
 
Prior to law school, Cameron worked for a leading e-commerce firm in Dallas, Texas, providing supply chain solutions for most of the world's major airlines. He also worked for American Airlines as a Senior Commodity Manager.
