Jeffry A. Melnick advises national and multinational corporations in finance, securities, mergers, complex stock and asset acquisitions, dispositions, and cross-border commercial transactions. His clients span diverse industries, from high-tech to manufacturing to professional services, including extensive work in investment banking, advertising, and food and consumer products.
Jeff represents and counsels manufacturing and service clients in domestic and international business combinations, joint ventures, and corporate acquisitions and divestitures, particularly in Europe and South America. He has many years of experience in the exacting structure, strategic negotiation, and comprehensive documentation of these transactions, as well as the intricate financing they can entail – often involving the issuance of public and private debt, equity, and other institutional financing arrangements.
A veteran of several years’ experience in investment banking, Jeff is particularly adept in the areas of executive compensation, corporate governance, and federal and state securities compliance.
