Rykke Merrick Associate
Camilla Rykke Merrick is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Department. Her practice is focused on securities offerings, securities regulations, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance. She has extensive international legal experience and a diverse educational background.
Prior to moving to the United States, Camilla served as a Senior Executive Officer with the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway overseeing financial institutions and their cross-border transactions. Camilla also worked as a law clerk with the law firm of Simonsen Foyen ANS and as a summer associate at the Ministry of Health and Care Services.
