Securities

Our attorneys structure and document national and international corporate finance and capital market transactions, from private placements of securities to takeovers of publicly-held companies. We represent a variety of issuers including corporations and municipalities. We began representing publicly-traded issuers, mutual funds, and brokerage firms during the 1970s, so securities is a historic area of our firm’s experience.
