John Kennedy to Speak on Conflicts of Interest: Identifying and Resolving Conflicts

John F. Kennedy, a seasoned trial lawyer at Shefsky & Froelich, will be a presenter for the ARDC’s (Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Illinois) professionalism seminar on “The Essentials of an Ethical Practice.” Specifically, John will address topics relating to “Conflicts of Interest: Identifying and Resolving Conflicts.” The seminar is slated for April 15, 2010, at One Prudential Plaza from 8:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
