Bankruptcy

We represent creditors, trustees, creditors' committees and Chapter 11 debtors as special counsel in all aspects of commercial and multi-asset bankruptcy cases, including representation of parties in adversary proceedings and avoidance action defense. We also represent clients in out of court workouts. The principal Shefsky & Froelich bankruptcy attorney has served on the panel of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees for the Northern District of Illinois since 1989 and has served as the Chapter 11 Trustee for two operating companies.
